By using Paste, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service description
Paste provides a free pastebin for sharing Markdown, source code, and plain text via short links. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you paste and share.
- Do not upload illegal content, malware, spam, or material that infringes others' rights.
- Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent security controls.
- Protect delete links and passwords — anyone with them may access or remove content.
Availability & retention
Pastes may expire or be deleted by creators. We may remove content that violates these terms or poses a security risk. We do not guarantee permanent storage or availability of any paste.
Accounts
Google sign-in is optional. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend access for abuse or legal compliance.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and export it solely to operate the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paste and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data or unauthorized access to shared links.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
